Judge Quotas

1 – 11 Gymnasts

1 judge for 2 days or 2 judges to cover 1 separate day each – minimum WA Club level

12 – 24 Gymnasts

2 judges for 2 days or 4 judges to cover 1 separate day each - minimum WA Club level

25 + Gymnasts

3 judges for 2 days or 6 judges to cover 1 separate day each - minimum 2 x WA Club level and minimum 1 x WA Regional Level

FIG Entry

If a club is entering a FIG gymnast into any competition at least one of its judges nominated to meet the quota above must be a minimum Regional WA qualification.

Judge Levies

1 missing judge for 1 day = Double entry fees

1 missing judge for 2 days = Double entry + £50

2 missing judges for 1 day = Double entry + £50

3 missing judges for 1 day (3)/ 2 missing judges for 2 days (4) / 5 Missing Judging Days = Double entry + £100

3 missing judges for 2 days = Double entry + £150

No Regional Judge for FIG Entry = Double entry fees for all gymnasts

Levy Calculation

With the exception of a missing Regional Judge for an FIG entry double entry fees will be payable on gymnasts which exceed a quota.

e.g. A club entering 12 gymnasts but only supplying 1 judge for 2 days has met the quota for 1-11 gymnasts however is missing the additional judge for 2 days.

The judge levy would be double entry fee for the 12th gymnast + £50 judge levy for 1 missing judge for 2 days.

Levy Payment

Judge Levies will be requested prior to the competition. Unpaid judge levies will result in the club being invoiced and lack of payment of an invoice may result in restricted future entries for the club to WA competitions.

1-11 Gymnasts

Your judging quota for this entry is 1 judge for 2 days or 2 judges, one for Saturday and one for Sunday - minimum WA Club Level unless you are entering an FIG gymnast.

12-24 Gymnasts

Your judging quota for this entry is 2 judges for 2 days or 4 judges for 1 day each (2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday) - minimum WA Club Level unless you are entering an FIG gymnast.

25+ Gymnasts

Your judging quota for this entry is 3 judges for 2 days or 6 judges for 1 day each (3 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday) - minimum WA Club Level unless you are entering an FIG gymnast.

If you are entering an FIG gymnast please ensure at least one judge has a Regional WA Judging Qualification.
