Becoming a Gymnastics judge is a rewarding way to become involved and support gymnastics, as well as giving a good insight into the purpose and targets of the sport.
All gymnastics judges have to have appropriate level BG insurance, a current DBS check and in most instances a current Safeguarding Children certificate. They must also attend a judging course and pass a theory and practical exam. The judging qualification has to be renewed every 4 years.
If you already involved with a gymnastics club and would like to become a judge for Yorkshire Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, the first step is to speak to the Head Coach or Club Manager of your club.
If you are not currently involved with a Club then please contact the Regional Judging Course Organiser on the following email [email protected]
